3. What are custom source or destination?
Custom connectors are connections that are made specifically for you. Our Business and Enterprise customers can use them. Please keep in mind that there are a few rare platforms/systems that we are unable to connect to due to technical constraints or restrictions. Please contact our sales team to discuss your requirements!
4. Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you have the option to discontinue your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription in the middle of the month, an invoice will be generated on a prorated basis
5. What happens to my data after cancellation of my subscription?
After cancelling the subscription, your data will stop updating immediately. Your workspace will be removed 60 days after you end your subscription.
Advance and Enterprise can strore their data in the data warehouse of their choice.
6. What happens if my payment gets rejected?
Your data will cease updating after 14 days of an unsuccessful payment. Your workspace will be deleted after 60 days of dataview's inactivity.
